Wild for the {Beach}

{Maxi Dress – Blu Moon, bought at Rad and Refined (sold out – similar here), Sandals – Giuseppe Zanotti, Metal Collar Necklace – Jessica Buurman, Sunglasses – Chanel (old, but available on Ebay), Rings – Me & Ro (old), Owl Cuff Bracelet – In God we Trust, Leather Charm Wrap Bracelet – Ole Lynggaard.}

Yesterday was a beautifully sunny & windy day here in Florida! The beach was warm and the waves were blue and dramatic. I love the Florida Beaches at this time of the year…the water is fresh and clear and the Summer vacation crowds haven’t arrived yet. I recently bought this flowy Maxi Dress from Rad and Refined – a super cool LA based shop – while Jaqueline (Stylist and Rad & Refined’s proud owner) was visiting Chicago. I love the leopard print and the low back…this dress will definitely be one of my Summer staples this year! I took a little risk when I bought the Metal Collar, but I love the way it adds a little edge to any outfit. What do you think?

  1. OMG. OMG – that’s all I can say. That dress is out of this world. Your pics make me want to take a trip. What do the little tattoos on your foot mean? Care to share?

    • A friend of mine is a TA for one of those cessals that engineers are required to take outside of engineering. After the last assignment was graded, at least 15 students came to her complaining about their grades. She looked over their assignments and asked them if they had been to class or read the course material. And here’s the kickers: Five answered no! (She remarked that she had been too genenerous by giving any of them part marks)
